RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

    • Check for wear: Make sure the garment is unused and has no signs of wear.
    • Ship promptly: Ship the item back as soon as possible.
    • Track the refund: After shipping the item, check your email for updates on the status of your refund.



HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1) Request Return/Refund online or contact customer service - Hello@zimegoapparel.com
2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
3) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
4) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office. Click here to find the closest location.
5) Return with USPS First Class Mail and send us the tracking number printed on your receipt.

    Comfortable and look great!

    I love these shirts. Super comfy, got two different color schemes though honestly for some reason one is more comfy than the other... idk if it’s a stitching thing and I’d probably not have realized it if the one wasn’t just so comfortable that anything less pales in comparison lol

    Slightly small, so size up

    I can wear large or XL. Bought an XL after reading reviews and they were right. Size up slightly to ensure it fits. The XL is perfect for me (6’5”, 210). A L would have been snug.
