ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time with the free shipping is not guaranteed. For quicker delivery, consider selecting an upgraded shipping option, available for an additional charge. For orders shipped via USPS 2-4 Day Expedite, most packages will reach major metropolitan areas in about 2-3 days, while deliveries to other regions may take approximately 4 days.

Items purchased from ZIMEGOapparel.com are eligible for refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products: We do not accept returns on products that have been used, worn, damaged and washed.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for the upgraded shipping service are not refundable.
  • Please note: Original shipping cost paid for your shipment may be charged and deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.



RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

    • Keep the tags on: Don't remove the tags from the garment.
    • Check for wear: Make sure the garment is unused and has no signs of wear.
    • Ship promptly: Ship the item back as soon as possible.
    • Track the refund: After shipping the item, check your email for updates on the status of your refund.



HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1) Request Return/Refund online or contact customer service - Hello@zimegoapparel.com
2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
3) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
4) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office. Click here to find the closest location.
5) Return with USPS First Class Mail and send us the tracking number printed on your receipt.

Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.
