Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

    • Ship promptly: Ship the item back as soon as possible.
    • Track the refund: After shipping the item, check your email for updates on the status of your refund.



HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
3) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
4) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office. Click here to find the closest location.
5) Return with USPS First Class Mail and send us the tracking number printed on your receipt.

    I read to order a size up from my normal, which is large, so I did. I got an XL. I should've gotten an XXL. It's a little snugger than what I prefer, but it's comfortable and should make a great summer hoodie. So if you want a loose fit oder two sizes up from your normal.

    too many problems with customer

    too many problems with customer service and still no
    real attempt to solve the problems they created.
    1. first order DS21241H items were to small ,I requested
    return info, that did not happen.
    2. my second order they sent a small shirt when it should have been a xx large.
    this company does not respond to customer problems!!!
    I really like their shirts but would not purchase any other products.
