2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
3) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
4) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office. Click here to find the closest location.

5) Return with USPS First Class Mail and send us the tracking number printed on your receipt.

Also, I have still not received my other shirt (different color ) order placed same day. Also have not received my action figure Roger / order placed on Same days thru USPS DELIVERY . What's the problem
